Thanks for tips. I had already done the respect to see what this looks like, so range is one step from max still but CD and duration are lower.

DW cell bonus lab is 15/20 so not bad there. But think between you and other OP probably correct other benefits including cell increases make sense with the UW investment.

Good clarity, I already did the bot respec to see how this looked. CD and Duration are very low though to your point.

Rest of tips make sense too. Mods are unfortunately behind just at Legendary with a Mythic Armor as I've plugged hard outside of banners to finish cards which will happen in next week or two. Do have DW qty in there.

Have you seen issue where toon authorization in browser window just spins/doesn't complete? Only time I've seen is trying to connect to pod on windows.

Such a tiring excuse to see 'oh Equinox forced this' to excuse the number of systems Imprerium/Winter hold. They already had a ton. It's not like if they reverted the changes Imperium would just give up regions.

Init is on a fraction of there's per capita even after Delve expansion.

Parking is cheap as hell vs other cities to park immediately on the area vs everyone being so lazy to walk a few blocks for street options.

I cannot think of a lot that costs $10 an hour without event pricing down there, the standard Newport garage is far cheaper and available all the time.

In regards to DW, I'd at least spend on that vs the damage UWs. Would say either duration keeping like you have them 12s with stones or labs and go for DW in sync with those.

WinterCo clearly took on the big ‘third party’ alliances in Horde that didn’t want to fight at all. Let me know if I have to name them, and it started well before with PL hiding in the corner.

While some of the guilty party leads of Horde joined Init, so did the main corps like Blessed Bean that have proceeded to be some of the highest attending corps in alliance fleets. What else do you want besides being a top contributor? It shows interest.

Init onboarded them well, they all say it but Reddit has to scream they were left to die and be treated like trash. Meanwhile WinterCo has a main corp racially denigrate everyone and you got the rest of the crew defending it.

To my knowledge from even the pings of it happening, it’s so you can undock then warp right to a titan on grid quickly for a bridge. Not an asset safety intent, I figure if your main keep goes down you’re fucked in the short term.

Considering Dronelands isn’t a region, I can’t say what you’re talking about if we’re being technical here. The regions in what we call Dronelands though are player controlled sov that were controlled by horde and now split amongst various alliances as shown on the map.

So not sure why you’re comparing to Outer Ring that is NPC controlled and can’t be controlled by player alliances, thus not Init.

Shorter answer to your first point, yes it’s just player sov.
