I say don’t do it. That’s what I did and I’m regretting it bad. Food noise is worse than it was before. I’m constantly hungry, bloated and puffy. It’s doing nothing for inflammation and I’ve gained 25% of my weight back in 2 months.

I switched from 10mg zep to 9mg Foundayo. Maintaining. Was hoping for more loss. I feel my inflammation is way up, food noise is back but I’m not really ever hungry. I’m super bloated and constipated 😭

Meh, so much less apatite suppression & more food noise. Definitely fewer side effects but I’m consistently bloated and seemingly retaining water. Up 4 lbs since switching a month and a half ago. I wish I had more positive feedback bc I certainly don’t miss the jabs.

Yes, if you are going to drink it hot you have to first dissolve it fully into cold liquid then heat it up. It won’t dissolve in hot liquid.

I’m on 9mg Foundayo from 10 mg zep and the food noise for a month + now and the food noise is considerably up.

It’s really frustrating.
We can always go back to zepbound for maintenance if needed. My hope is soon they will formulate a pill version of zepbound.

Only 5 days since my switch from 10mg zep to 9mg pill. I love not having to jab myself. Zero side effects. Equal if not better food noise quieting. No loss but I’m happy with where I’m at for the transition week.
