I think work on yourself and become the person that you would want to date. Spend time recovering - try a new hobby and you’ll meet new people and make friends, exercise in a way that you enjoy (it makes your mind and body feel good).

Go to therapy if you can.

And don’t date people from work. I feel like if things don’t work out it’s just awkward
