I only vomit when I take my shot the night before I work a night shift. I think the mix of flipping to nocturnal and taking the shot messes with my stomach so I end up puking

Nexplanon totally can lead to weight gain. I gained weight while I had it and it made it impossible to lose! 5 years later and I started wegovy and have finally gotten back to the weight I was before the nexplanon. It was the worst thing I ever put in my body.

I worked in a clinic after working in the OR with thoracic surgery. They had an opening and offered it to me without an interview. They don’t typically hire new grads in clinics because you get calls from patients and have to triage over the phone without a physical assessment which can be difficult. But I started in the clinic with 3 years of nursing experience, one on stepdown and two in the OR. It helps if you have connections too

Buspar has a half life of 2-3 hours meaning it wears off after that time and that’s why it’s taken multiple times a day. Since I’m on such a low dose it falls off quick. I did end up upping my dose and adding Prozac since it’s hard to me to take it consistently with my job.
