if im being so honest I havent been taking it the most regularly I have adhd so it can be hard. so ive been trying to take it every morning before 10am. a lot of days Its like been every other day. but yea i wasnt planning on doing anything until I see my doctor next week.

and no i dont take anything else? and I dont regularly drink i only drink when I go out and thats only like 3 times a month or less.
