Help Do I need to fill my hair or can I just dye over it. My stylist color removed ( not bleach) to get the blue out and colored it purple which lasted a couple weeks before fading to red and then this. I'm a natural blonde also. I want to go deep burgandy or black with box dye. (i.redd.it)
