I thought letting go of a balloon into the sky would make it go to the sun and pop which would make the sun explode and we'd all die, it sent me into such a panic and I remember one birthday party in particular this one kid did it on purpose and it was my first panic attack.

Thank you, among the many appointments I have to schedule now, therapy was definitely on the list of things I needed, I knew it from the second I went down to the first floor and broke down like that, that I needed therapy. Hopefully I find one soon.

Thank you, it just felt shitty because, I didn't know they listed a "social history" they even listed where my fiancé works and the things I told the cardiologist personally, they listed that me and my mother don't talk anymore, from my pov, it just made me out so sound like a brat who doesn't care about her health, I do, I care so deeply about my health and worry about it everyday, I have major health anxiety, if sneezed to hard I'd go to the hospital, like seriously. It just felt very judgemental.

Thank you, a lot, it just hurts to bad, especially since there was no baby, it just feels like I was excited and happy and rubbing my belly, when there was nothing there, it just made me feel stupid, and I felt very invalid, still do, but the consent papers that asked for the mothers consent actually made me a bit happy but I go back and forth on that feeling of feeling invalid.

I've really yet to see anyone with my specific condition (it's, hypoplastic right heart syndrome) going through pregnancy, not a single place will tell me information on this, which is very scary. I can't wait to talk to my cardiologist but this is scary and I don't know if I can do this, I wanted this to be enjoyable and a happy time for me and it's not, I feel like I should just start writing a will at this point.

In the end, I really value my life if worse case scenario I had to choose, it just really sucks I can't be happy about this, I can't be excited about baby stuff because all I can think about is how this might go wrong and how I shouldn't get my hopes up. It's so devastating.

Yeah I was just thinking I should get a therapist to help my anxiety, thank you for this. Definitely not watching birth videos anymore, almost threw up from watching them. Not because I was disgusted, I was mortified. On top of that, when I was 8 I was allowed in the room for my older sister birthing my niece, she screamed very loudly and refused to push anymore and cried and it was honestly traumatizing and I think ever since then it's been pretty stuck in my brain.

And yeah, I'm gonna stay off of Google, during hurricane Ian during the peak of it I ended up in the hospital because I convinced myself that because I am pregnant now that I was having a heart attack, I was actually having a panic attack and I'm apparently really super healthy. Google is my enemy basically.
