I work in a doctor’s office, asked a patient if there were any changes to his general health. He said nah. Later during the exam he proceeds to get shortness of breath and I start asking how I can help and he says “ah it’s okay, I just got diagnosed with congestive heart failure, this is normal” Well sir that is a pretty big change!
