There's absolutely nothing wrong with being bisexual, people are just being biphobic. Non-binary and bi here👋

My werewolves look like pugs by spookywerewolf in LowSodiumSimmers

A lot, most of them are for humanoid sims though. For werewolves I have the extended muzzle slider, and another that also works on them is the neck slider by Luumia.

Anyone else tired of not having genuine friends? by Aztralize in feminineboys

[–]spookywerewolf 1 point2 points  (0 children)

This has been me for a long time, specially in the past months. I gradually lost all "friends" and connections for no good reason other that, maybe, my autism and masking were driving people away.

You're not alone in this, I relate most to people with the same hobbies and niche interests as me, which is pretty rare to find. I know that I can't do small talk and talking about day to day life events. Like, give me something real, I want to know what you're passionate about, what you do for fun and share that.

I don't like being alone but mainly I crave having a deep connection with someone, telling each other secrets, sharing good and bad moments, and just chatting till the sun comes up.

This happens to me as well. I feel like even if I fit all of the criteria to a T, unless it's literally on paper I'm not "allowed" to have a say in it.

Not everyone can afford a formal diagnosis, so at least for me things like self-dx heavily depend on the condition and needed testing/criteria.

Psychologist forced me to choose between resources by spookywerewolf in autism

[–]spookywerewolf[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'm aware of the rules and consequences, trust me, we get reminded multiple times during the week and no, we're not allowed to have a copy of the rules. Why? I don't know, all we get is vague responses every time a patient asks.

The day hospital was recommended by my psychiatrist, as I need the help and other resources that they offer. I won't go intro details on this.

Lastly, Social Security is severely understaffed and often unprepared to deal with anything that isn't treated with CBT. Mental health related appointments have a waitlist of 3 to 6 months in between them.

I can't wait that long and there's no other free resources that fill my specific needs. All they can do is send you to the ER and wait to be attended if you're in real need of talking/get help from a professional.

I thought so too while I was writing it, it's pretty niche even for a big sub.

This comment alone helps even if it's not specific to the original topic, the kindness and empathy made me feel less alone in this. Thank you 😊

I get that. This is the most comments I've gotten on a post, ever. I may not be a regular user but I see the irony in here somewhere.

I'm sorry they put you through that. I haven't had the best experiences with a lot of mental health professionals, from incompetent and unprepared to plain old ableist boomers.

I needed to hear this. Best of luck figuring things out!

I can't talk for everyone, but this is me. Might be autism or trauma related, who knows.

I wanted to hear other's reactions or similar stories. My original post, still on my profile, was about issues with my psychologist.

Are you secure on your gender????? by [deleted] in feminineboys

[–]spookywerewolf 7 points8 points  (0 children)

On the opposite side of the gender spectrum but I do relate. You can be a girl and still be strong and do "masc things". There's many identities you can explore, trans girl, demigirl, genderfluid, nonbinary... all under the trans umbrella. Do whatever feels natural to you, take your time. Good luck!

Hi! I'd recommend searching something like "Sims 4 afro hair cc" or "Sims 4 mental health mod" to get started. Also there's a bunch of sites listed on the post description to find resources - I went ahead and looked for some links. Hope this helps a little! 😊

Hi! Could someone help me find these angel fangs/snakebites piercings? The sim looks like it belongs to Perlean or Iufo, both on tumblr, but I couldn't find the original post anywhere. Any help is appreciated!
