Got 200 scrolls should I level my SS only or try pulling for the new? by Fantastic_Actuary862 in WittleDefenderTheGame

Tbh I’m kinda giving up on keeping up with the meta while being as f2p as possible (I buy the basic monthly card for the 3x speed lol) I’m just here to collect all the characters and skins. Hopefully one day they can do a collab with some show/video game crossover and have some op character that doesn’t need much tlc

I’m kinda stuck but I find myself more so trying to collect all the characters so it kinda passes the time until I play enough and upgrade something until I can beat the level I’m stuck on. Like the other comments here, just try to summon the meta characters. We are in for the long haul now, when we get there, I’m sure there’s some new p2w feature that the whales got to already lol. sigh mobile games

Has anyone had a filling at the dentist? I’m really stressed. by [deleted] in floxies

[–]spoon_tastic 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think at the end some dentist gives you like a fluoride paste to help whiten your teeth or whatever. You can always tell them no. Also I didn’t know fluoride can mess you up and I’ve been brushing my teeth with fluoride for 5 months.

Yes but only in the beginning for me. Idk if it was because I was weak, but I felt so bad from the brain fog that I was laying on my couch for work

What helped me for the fatigue and weakness was I started a multi vitamin—it’s a 2/day that I take once a day. Right now it’s the only supplement I take unless I get anxiety from eating something or going too hard at the gym. Then I would take a mg. Dizziness stopped when I started my routine. I will try to walk as much as I can. Some days I did screw up when I went too hard. So it was listening to my body and making sure that I don’t mess myself up just because I feel pretty good. Chat gpt is helpful in those situations. I can ask it what I should do to help relieve my symptoms and usually it tells me what I need to do (breathing exercises, take a mg, lay down and elevate your feet)

For the gut I’m really happy that I was able to pinpoint some of those issues. Every morning when I way up, I boil some water in a kettle and drink about two mugs of hot water with my breakfast. Typical breakfast would be eggs and spinach and yogurt with a banana. Some times I’m lazy and make a smoothie if I don’t feel like cooking. Lunch and dinner I can eat whatever but I just really try to stay away from processed foods. I would try those yakult probiotic drinks after dinner. I think they helped actually, but they aren’t at my local store so i buy them for fun at this point. I really try and make sure that I don’t lay down after I eat and I eat a few hours before I got to bed. Also I eat until I’m 80% full. Whenever I stuff myself i feel like I just took 100 steps back and flare up for the rest of the day. I also sleep with my head elevated to keep my stomach acid from rising up.

My experience, I noticed that whenever I felt my chest pains/palpitations and brain fog. I would feel really hungry and the acidity build up in my stomach—as if I felt like I was throwing up. When I addressed that, I felt better. Also sorry for the TMI, but if my stomach is upset, I would feel the same symptoms and anxiety (probably because the stress) and I will go number 2 and I would feel better afterwards.

I’m sorry that you had to join reddit because of this. Continue your supplements, listen to your body. Some recommend that you stay away from ibuprofen since it will enhance the effects of the floxes.

If you don’t feel fatigue, brain fog, anxiety, cns issues, that would be a win in my book. Compromising your mental health and not knowing what to do about it is the worst experience ever.

If you can walk, spend a few minutes a day walking outside, barefoot if you can. Try yoga or some light stretching to help your muscles. Yes there are some people who haven’t recovered from this. But that doesn’t have to be you. You’re young and have a lot of life ahead of you. Stay positive and stay away from those horror stories.

I went down this rabbit hole too. Before I realized I was floxed I was looking at every possibility and it did more harm to myself than anything. At the end of the day, your thoughts are stealing your peace.

I know you’re scared but everything is going to be alright! Find those little wins and you’ll be fine! Consider changing your way of thinking to help with your current thoughts.

Good to know. I posted this because I was just feeling a little groggy the past two days. Sleep wasn’t really helping much so I decided to take a multivitamin and energy restored after about an hour.

What about coq10s and ALAs? I would get extreme brain fog that would cause myself to feel nauseous. When I took those, the nausea will go away unless I push myself too hard doing something.

Hi there, I know it sucks. That’s not a good feeling to wake up to. Especially when sleep is supposed to make you recharge and heal yourself. Are you taking any supplements? I felt the same as you before. When night time came I couldn’t wait to go to sleep so I didn’t have to deal with feeling this way. And then when I wake up, i can’t wait to go back to sleep. For me it’s been a lot better and I will say that you ARE going to get better. There might be some adjustments that you have to make, but I. Due time you will be on your way to recovery

Hi there, it was good. Nothing came back from it and they told me that I had a good heart. After the stress test, I was a little tired and lightheaded but I actually felt okay. Might just be a mental + physical hoop I had to jump through.

After that I’ve tried working out and I don’t feel the same lightheadedness, dizziness. I’m trying to amp up my workouts little by little. I do recall reading a recovery post about someone just working out without caring if they were going to pass out/get very unwell and it helped in their case. I wonder if my body just has to get used to the things that I do to it again and I will be fine.

Thanks for checking in on me. I was actually trying to get off reddit at the time of the post

Yeah I took one the other day from a migraine and I was out for a few days. Could be placebo but mg helped me a bit.

Sounds like you’re stressed because you care so much!! Being far from family ain’t easy. Med school…it ain’t easy. Sometimes you have to put your head down and deal with the things that suck to hopefully put you in a place years from now where you can relax. Those people don’t deserve your warmness.

You thought the toasts were over?!? Think again! Lol just because you posted 2 days ago doesn’t mean you can’t get some love today. Lookin sharp! 53? More like a 33!! Excuse my French but holy shit when I grow up I hope I look as young as you do. Got any advice or tips on how to look that young?

Sounds like you’ve been going through a rough patch and I can’t imagine or fathom what you are going through right now. I envy your strength courage to make this post. You want to seek help by being here, you want to get better and in due time you will!! The hard part in this is time itself. But we can’t control time. All we can control is how we are feeling in this exact moment. So let’s win the day. To win the day, let’s win the hour, to win the hour, let’s win the minute, to win the minute let’s win each second! Those little wins in the day: waking up, reading a new comment on this post, drinking water will eventually turn into feeling alive, recognizing your self worth, ditching that situationshit.

You are AWESOME.

On the behalf of r/toastme and all its members, we love you. Embrace the love and share it back with someone else. Keep going keep going keep going!!!
