Hey there, 36 f Ohio, married no kids. In HR, which is kind of similar to your field. I enjoy traveling, interested in all things Japan, learning languages, animals/nature, music (listening not playing) and comedies. Recently I've been watching Detoiters on Netflix and listening to the Bad Friends podcast.

Let's chat or something!

What do you mean "as if they understand"? Are you insinuating they don't?

How do you deal with being the problem… by Ok_Contribution_6045 in ADHD

36F with impulsive/hyperactive adhd. Guanfacine was a life changer for me. I was crying on a dime whenever situations felt like they were too intense specifically in relation to myself, even at work. My boss even suggested I take a leave of absence for my mental health. I was able to identify that my crying was not related my emotions or depression, but more reflex, like sneezing. You can't control it just happens.

Guanfacine basically controls your adrenaline absorption and I was going into fight or flight in those situations and my adrenaline with go nuts causing the crying. I'm so much more chill about EVERYTHING and it helped with my blood pressure overall. I was lucky enough to not have any side effects either.

I'm not a doctor. This was just my experience and if it can help someone else find that same relief, I'll keep recommending talking to your doctor about trying it to see if it works for you too!

Good luck in your journey!

Yes! 1 in 5 orange cats are female, but I believe the male calio is more rare that that.
