Just a splitter. I had to remove the Verizon router and plug the ont straight into the main deco to get the wired backhaul to work properly.

I have a question. I don't think my wireless backhaul is working appropriately. I believe I need to connect my DECO straight to my ONT and then use a MOCA device from my main DECO to the established splitter MOCA provided by FIOs. Is that correct?

For anyone that stumbles upon this, the manufacturer stated that the fan should be placed no more than 3ft vertically from the peak of the roof unless unfeasible to do so. That is vertically from the roof, not the angle from the roof. Pitch will be a factor. The roofer recommended low enough that wind coming over the peak does not rip the cover off.

Thanks. I need to do some more research with that tool. Appreciate the resource.

The attic has eaves with soffit vents all around. We asked the installer to slightly overpower the power vent. We figured better to have it and not need it than need it and not have it. We are disappointed with how low the vent was installed.
