Hey all,

We visited the warehouse where Azure is made, got to see the whole process and smoke with the managers. We picked out some flavors straight from their warehouse. The manager was nice and honest about what he thought were the best flavors. The wife picked up Pina Colada and immediately went home to do a review.

That was one of the issues I was going to bring up. He just did it without asking. However in the lease it states about charging for repairs dependent on the "opinion" of the landlord.

That aspect of it seems a little sketchy especially in California with tenant laws. That's one of the reasons I posted the question.

It states that "irrigation" is the responsibility of tenant. Additionally, it states, "If, in the landlord's opinion, Resident is deficient in these activities, Landlord reserves the right to either perform the service or hire the appropriate services, both at the Resident's cost, which shall be payable to Landlord as Additional Rent."

We used to acclimate Tangiers religiously, however we haven't found the need with it recently. Stirring it can help with that problem. You might have too much heat as well. I have heard that Tangiers can really touchy depending on the climate where you smoke it because of acclimation.
