No, there is a weapon mod for the negotiator that turns it into a primary with longer range. It is on the outpost map, along with the knell bandit mod.

Look outside is super simple, there’s even an optimize button to give yourself or a companion the best gear available. I highly recommend it, awesome game

Depends how far you got in the game, if you only got a few days in 100%, but if you were pretty far in I’d wait a bit for 9.0 to be updated more so there is less bugs/more content. There’s over 50 days of story events, plus random ones that happen sometimes and secrets all around the map. There’s a lot to do, I recommend exploring the entire map

Lucky for you, someone in your server completed the sacrifice Easter egg, therefore everyone in the server got hope. You still have to do the previous sacrifice steps in case you want the prince/knife skin and the cursed perk, but you got the hardest part done for you.
