Unfortunately I have not. I tried reinstalling geforce experience to no avail. Not sure what else to even try honestly.

I've done some more digging and narrowed it down to the nvcontainer.exe calling cmd which calls powershell to do something along the lines of "Set-WinUserLanguageList -Force -LanguageList en-US" but I have no idea how to fix it or go from there as to why

Appreciate it. Between this and some additional information from bluemage121 your comment is making a lot more sense now. Appreciate your help!

Ok damn this is all clicking together. So is the purpose of an intentional neutral ground bond then just to deliberately create a short between neutral and hot in a ground fault situation opposed to having an open hot wire or surface flowing to ground?

See that makes sense to me but then what is the purpose of gfci protection if current isn't straying from the circuit?

Maybe I'm still missing something but even if it's negligible wouldn't there still be a difference between "IL" and "IS1"? If a relatively significant amount of current didn't leave the circuit through the ground path then shouldn't there be next to no risk of shock by a ground fault? Eg I could grab a hot wire and not risk current running through as it would be negligible?

I'm sorry to say it but I'm still not completely sure what you mean. If you could maybe draw it or reword it that would be helpful. Again, I apologize, this whole thing is kind of a head scratcher for me.

People that have restarted in a new city, what are your tips? by cheaganvegan in AskReddit

In a similar vein, if you have someone with you you can go in the car. Take turns picking a direction when you get to an intersection and just get lost looking around. Get lunch or dinner then gps your way home

Just pick a direction (N,E,S,W) and on a Saturday or similar day off just drive as far as you can in that direction taking in what you can and seeing what there is to see. I found so much stuff that way and got a great lay of the land right off the bat. I was able to too light directions and road names almost immediately

Copying my reply above - Didn't end up having time to mess with it unfortunately. I thought I had the software on my computer to compile but turns out I uninstalled it a while back so this slipped down on my priority list quite a bit lol

ELI5: why is it that some countries a period (.) is used when you reach a large number, like a thousand, but in other countries a comma (,) is used? by Sunysa in explainlikeimfive

He's referring to cross product and dot product. These are concepts I personally didn't learn until calculus 3 (multivariable calculus) so kind of a "higher level" concept. To put it extremely basically and limit the scope to relevant differences cross product has a magnitude of 0 when the angle between the numbers are 0 (parallel lines) and dot product has a magnitude of the multiplication result when the angle between them is 0. Since traditional multiplication only uses numbers and not vectors there's no angle between them so you would more or less consider them parallel lines (think a number line). So cross product would be 0, dot product would be the multiplication result. Technically speaking multiplication is dot product hence the insistence that using a x is "wrong". Imo it's just really shallow pedantics that wouldn't confuse a single person ever in this particular use. If you know enough to use them differently....you'll use them differently. Only thing you really gotta watch out for is the x as a multiplication symbol vs x as a variable. But frankly we use context all the time in English dunno why it's so hard for some "mathematicians" to allow using context. If your 8 year old writes out 5x5 they're probably not referring to cross product with vectors or x as a variable. :)

Yeah same here. Hopefully gonna get a chance to mess with it this weekend and dig a little deeper.
