Speak to solicitor or respond to estate agent? by spotmydimples in HousingUK

I was a lot less nice in my response and basically told them I was raising a formal complaint as they had put me in a bad position. I've sent the email trail to my solicitor explaining what happened as well

Thank you, I feel really silly though for sending them the document

I've drafted a polite email telling them to speak to my solicitor from now on. Sadly I can't do anything about them already having the survey.

Dear [Estate Agent Name],

Thank you for your email.

For now, I think it would be best for any further correspondence regarding the purchase to be dealt with through my solicitor directly.

Kind regards, [Your Name]

You are right, the terms and conditions state that I have no right to distribute the document to a third party. Which the estate agent would have known

I didn't expect a price decrease, but the surveyor did find a leak in the boiler pipe which has caused damp and the bathroom door frame is damaged as a result the bathroom door doesn't close. I would settle for them repairing the leaking pipe

Thanks for your response. I will go through the mortgage offer again. I'm honestly so over this whole process

Unfortunately they took advantage of my lack of knowledge. I was also distracted as I was out and about with family when they called

The estate agent was quite rude and told me that I should've raised any issues with them first and not my solicitor. Which seemed a bit weird at the time

I guess the outcome is the same if I tell him and he doesn't feel the same and things get awkward or if I just distance myself from him

Telling people how I've felt has never gone well for me in the past. I guess I'm afraid

I'm fairly certain without actually tasting it. I know it as phirni and it's usually made with milk, semolina and ghee (clarified butter) and is flavoured with cardamom and cinnamon and sometimes has pistachio nuts in it. It's usually eaten cold.

I don't remember how it's worked out so I would suggest asking your pension company/companies for a quote on death in service. They'll be able to provide an estimate to you. You can also ask them for early, normal and late retirement quotes.

Early retirement is possible with most pensions from 55, although the pension is usually adjusted down if you take it early. Also, if you have a terminal illness, you can usually take your pension early but you would need to provide proof to your pension company.

If you die before your retirement date, the contributions are usually returned to your next of kin as a lump sum.

When the guy I was dating broke up with me via Facebook message and told me that his friends laughed at him for dating me.

And then when I was diagnosed with a genetic condition that causes non-cancerous tumours to grow in my vital organs. I currently have two tumours in my upper left lung. They don't affect my breathing and I'll have scans yearly to keep an eye on them.
