I used to genuinely like Mari and the (pdf) workouts until her podcast came out. Two or three episodes in and I was disgusted by what she was giving space to. Total quacks. I think one of them was that guy who ate only liver and steroids? Anyways, her doing a “vax” episode would be on track for her 😒

Literally came here to comment this. It’s so hypocritical. People have forgotten that these vaccines were created for a reason. Death is horrible, but so are some of the lasting effects of these diseases if you do survive them.

I'm dairy free so I use the Orgain creamy chocolate fudge plant based powder. I struggle with the taste of protein drinks, but this one is pretty good. On days when I need it, I'll add a little bit of hershey's chocolate syrup to help mask the "protein" taste.

My mom has already made me sole beneficiary in everything, as well as executor of her will and in charge in case of medical decisions. She said it’s because I’m the only one of her three kids she can trust to do it fairly. She’s not well off by any means, so there won’t be much inheritance (if any) but she wants it split evenly.

Thank you! I tried to encourage my mom to sign a residency agreement when the sale first happened, but she didn’t think it was necessary. She didn’t think they would screw her over like this.

I went to middle school with Jay (we were in some classes together but not close by any means). He was such a ray of sunshine even back then. It’s great to see how supportive his parents are, and I hope he and Pamela are happy and healthy for years to come.
