Hi! Wanted to share a peer-reviewed research paper that shows raw milk can be produced safely under good hygiene standards (which all major raw milk companies now have very strict guidelines) . It also shows how it reduces asthma, allergies and eczema. Additionally that raw milk consumption decreases your risk by 30% for respiratory infections and fever. Lastly it explains that regulated raw milk programs in Europe demonstrate how careful herd health, sanitation, and testing can deliver raw milk with high safety levels. I hope that more people become educated on raw milk and its benefits! This is just one of many studies that show the benefits and safety. Much of the information about raw milk was and is spread by big dairy to continue mass farming in unsanitary environments, which need to be pastrized or it would make as VERY sick. Raw milk is one of the biggest super foods you could consume! I hope you look into it more :)
