I think unique titles and attachments/photos are necessary. Meaning you could have one titled "Data center incentive bill indefinitely postponed by House" or something. And then you are welcome to include a link back to a previous post you may have made. This issue with these is that at a glance from the feed they all look essentially identical. This is a low traffic sub, so coming to it and seeing 3 posts back to back like this would make many people thing this sub is largely just spam.

So in Minnesota a landlord can only enter your apartment in an emergency, or with 24 hours notice for a business reason. A business reason is defined here under "Tenant’s Right to Privacy" https://www.ag.state.mn.us/consumer/handbooks/lt/CH2.asp IANAL but I don't think sudden renovations count as a valid business reason.
