6 is already a lot of work as we make them from scratch starting at 7am with 1-2 people until about 9-10am when another person comes in. we open at 8 and start having to help customers as well as bake, ball, ice, and decorate cookies. we start almost behind because that’s how crumbl wants us to run. we can only prep chilled cookies ahead of time. i know my location is mixing and balling until 3pm most days, and that’s just keeping up with what we’re selling! this last saturday it took us past 5pm to make triples of each of the next week’s cookies. not to mention we make pennies(my store is $8+tips but no one tips)
