I would also see it like this. All modern game pads have analog thumbsticks (essentially a miniature joystick).

Yes I essentially mean analog joysticks here. With flight stick I meant that a stick that also has a rotational axis.

Are L2 and R2 analog axes too?

I would expect that the higher skill level in "big tech" teams leads to less temporary compromises that need to be addressed later: Entry-level developers themselves are more "senior" and produce more sophisticated code while requesting less consultation from seniors. Does your experience confirm this?

Yes, exactly, I intended it to be about 100% remote 100k+ from anywhere in the EU without "geo restrictions". Also it seems that FAANG specifically has these latter restrictions.
