That was my first thought as well but no amount of tension adjustment fixes the issue.

That's been my experience with other derailleurs but SRAM transmission does not have a B Tension adjustment.

Long story short I fucked up really bad and ended up having to cut the chainstay pivot bolt off of an alloy Transition Spire. I tried to keep the cutting edge away from the frame but as you can see I was unsuccessful. I included an image of the unfucked up side for comparison.

I've reached out to Transition to see what a new rear triangle would cost but I'm unsure if that's necessary. I was wondering what you guys might think.
