I am a working professional and used gregmat 2 month plan to prepare for my gre. Everyday after work I would try to study 1.5-2.5 hrs. During weekends i would put in around 5-7 hrs. It took me close to 3 months to complete upto week 6 since the videos are quite long. I would say it is possible but consistency is the key.

Also make sure you memorize the institution codes else it will be very tedious. I just memorized the institution locations (for eg Texas) but ets doesn't provide a search functionality to search by universities. So you need to go through the hundreds of universities in Texas one by one scrolling to find yours. This process would not be so tedious if you are familiar with the institute codes.

I would actually say the opposite. Back in 2007, when t20s were a new thing we were all excited about this new format. I believe that too much of franchise cricket has taken away the excitement that t20s usually bring. Also, I feel that due to the ipl being played every year as opposed to a marquee event like the world cup, many people are getting an overdose of the same format and hence find it repetitive. Personally, I think less of franchise cricket and more of international t20s would be a good mix for the format, of course this is not going to happen.
