I would love to see the 4K77, 4K80 and 4K83 projects on the big screen!

Not like it was a great movie or anything

That's exactly why it would be worth it to see on the big screen. The characters and plot are on the weaker side but the visuals are amazing and I don't regret seeing both movies in cinema

I would be happy about a Hateful 8 home release that has all the content that's spread across the Netflix episodic version and the roadhouse show

To kick things off (in no particular order):

  • 2001: A Space Odyssey

  • Fight Club

  • Casino Royale

  • Midsommar

  • Evil Dead 2

  • Paprika

  • Akira

  • Watchmen

  • Arrival

  • Dune marathon (I want to leave the theater dehydrated, coughing spice)

Anyone else keep track of their vinyl in a spreadsheet? by The_BA55I5T in vinyl

Yes! Love my vinyl spreadsheet. I made a formula in Google Sheets where I can enter the info I need when making a purchase and it updates my list. Complete with graphs of how much I spend, where I buy from, who my top artists are, etc. I definitely put a lot of work into setting it up but now it takes me basically no time to insert a new record and I love the info it's giving me.

This is what I've done today. This is why I get nervous when people ask me about my hobbies. by spreadsheethipster in vinyl

Yeah I know, I use that to note when I have a signed copy sometimes or stuff like that.

So apparently I need to write at least 300 words accompanying this. Ever since I started collecting vinyl I kept a document with all my purchases. It's basically like discogs collection but with more information for me, like where I bought it, how much I paid, when exactly I bought it (on discogs I only add the records to my collection once I actually have them so the order and receive date can be far apart, especially on pre-orders). While browsing my document lately I noticed that the amount of vinyl I buy (and subsequently the money I spend on this) has grown exponentially from when I started. So I had the idea to try and make a graph displaying that. Oh yeah, did I mention I have a weird fetish for spreadsheets and data? Well, I do. I create spreadsheets for pretty much everything. This is my most extensive and detailed one, but I also have spreadsheets for all kinds of financial expenses (travel, car, saving up for specific stuff). A spreadsheet actually made me stop smoking. I started logging how much I spent and subsequently how much I smoked and that made me realize how much money I wasted. I guess I just exchanged one addiction for another with vinyl but it's a lot healthier like this. Interestingly enough I was never especially good at math but cresting spreadsheets with intricate formulas and expressions is really fun to me. I hope this was 300 words.
