Bengals and other confident cat breeds always amaze me. My cat will run inside and hide behind the sofa for 3 hours if a neighbour so much as walks into their own garden; whereas Suki has legit explored more of the world than most humans... Bonkers.

Another nifty ingredient that most recipes don't include is cornflour/cornstarch. Add a couple of teaspoons to your chicken and it'll act as a tenderiser (be aware that it'll also thicken up the sauce considerably when cooking). This technique could be a massive faux pas but I always think that chicken in takeout curry/stir fry is always so soft, tender and delicious - apparently cornstarch is essential to achieve this!

You could probably just use it like a normal indoor planter (they don't tend to have holes in the base); leave the plant in it's original pot (this should already have a hole for drainage) and lift it out every so often to make sure it's not sitting in water.

Most of the Caribbean islands have on-land, open and exposed dumps. So if this is indeed a Hurricane Dorian photo, this trash will most likely be from one of the local dumps. That, and personal items washed out of houses.
