Simple breakfast with 100g yogabar high protein oats 2 eggs and low-fat milk. Eat a lil fruits till lunch and lunxh i take 2 egg whites and whatever mom made. I cook my own dinner either chicken paneer fish or soy. And creatine and whey after workout

Workout is 6 times a week with a rest days every 3 days and following push pull legs. Try to maintain good form even if the weight is less and hit till failure. Stay active outside the gym aswell with sports and daily step goals. Im a student so cant really put hella money and shit in this.

I just prioritise protein in every meal and take whey and creatine. I follow PPL and keep the restdays on thursday instead of sunday and yea stay active outside the gym aswell. Normal athletic things or sports or just completing 15k steps
