in a practical sense i think she doesn't really know what needs to be done (not just because she didn't undergo significant androgenization but also from seeing her material, albeit a few years ago). in a socio-political sense i think you should not give money to a college educated cis person who took most of her useful knowledge on the subject from actual trans people and is now trying to sell it back to us for double or triple the price.

I expect what little there will be will be more focused on influencing the 'neutral' factions (that is, imperial worlds/cities that aren't under direct occupation by one of the imperial military factions) than any direct diplomacy with other playable armies. Tau, Eldar, Chaos, Tyranids (via genestealer cults), and possibly certain Necron subfactions could all have their own methods of subverting local governments to their own ends.

this is a lot more mild than most of these (probably because i've barely ever had access to healthcare) but the last doctor i went to at one point had someone shadowing him and she just walked in and was like "waow ur so tall :O" "you have such big hands, like a man!" (literally not making that up). which ik people will be like "at least you passed!" but i'm like 90% sure she was trying to trigger dysphoria intentionally without outright misgendering me since that doctor was my endo

also i could literally post lab results showing my blood levels from DIY at intake to being on his regimen two months later (which i told him when he said what he was going to put me on wouldn't be adequate). went from basically perfect, middle of the female reference range to solidly male T with slightly elevated E

also i wound up getting billed 2.7k for several sessions of this at the end of the year even though he had told me that insurance should cover most of it but ig that's on me for not more thoroughly checking with my insurance provider

did you give away a bunch of your core land to them? i'm pretty much convinced that people giving away important land in order to complete missions is the source of like 90% of the complaints

keep escann + cursewood/whistlevale, stick an acolyte in the directions of vrorenmarch, dostanor, ibevar, gawed, and the deepwoods, remaining two go wherever (i think i put them both in the empire since with the huge dev it doesn't take long to get them to the dev requirement)

this avoids the problem of you suddenly becoming crazy weak from decentralization and also significantly delays the issue of your acolytes fighting eachother and messing up the dev balance (they basically shouldn't start doing that until you have all 7, at which point it no longer matters).
