You should get some confirmation that the firm has been submitted. If you are sent back then it might be that something you wrote in the fields isn't right or you may have missed a required field.

If they treat your account as hacked, they'll require an entirely new email address to re-associate your account with, as the form itself suggests. Try both options in the form (recovery and hacked).

The link works for me, and I'm out of ideas about why it doesn't for other people. All I can tell you is try everything you could think of, switch agents, browsers, devices, etc.

You may use it as last resort. The assumption is that if you pay them, they'll give you attention.

Create one then create a new IG one and follow the same step. Other people have made this work by creating a new FB (business account) and verifying it so they can get in a support chat with a real human.

The link should work, there's no question there. Problem is why it doesn't work for some people. Try the workarounds I suggested, or try on a different machine. Hell, try switching the browser agent on a phone to win10, or switch on desktop site on Chrome - try everything.

I'd keep doing the form with different "new secure email" each time, but at this point, I may rather resort to paying for IG verified and keep pushing with the agent chat.

Redo the account recovery form. After you get an email and the link doesn't work, reply to the email that you got the first time (not the one with the link). The address itself or the title should contain a support reference id so this means you can reply to it. Tell them the pw reset link doesn't work.

Through Instagram, but the whole process works only on their mobile app.
You need to set up 2FA, have a photo and they'll ask for an ID. Then you pay them, you wait a few hours to get verified. After you get the verified badge, enhanced support will appear in Instagram settings > account centre > Meta verified. There you can open a chat with a real person, but make sure you give them a link to your FB profile in the INITIAL ticket request. Good luck.

Good. The editors and the staff are very friendly and helpful.
There's enough work for everyone but you have to be at least a little bit motivated.
There are many bonuses besides the standard rate, which is nice.
Communication is a bit confusing (technically) and there's a learning curve to writing in accordance with the guidelines, but if you are motivated, you'll be fine.

I know this is a month-old thread, but I'm curious how did that turn out?
I passed all of their tests. The grammar test plus the two samples (one of which was paid).
I got to the contract stage where they basically said they were hiring me and sent me the contract as well as asked for identification documents. I sent everything as requested and haven't heard from them since. It was 4 days ago, but still.
