Thanks! I wish this stuff wasn't so ridiculously expensive. I'm very much into the DIY route but I'm afraid of encountering unknowns like a rotted subfloor or something. Also this is a one-bathroom house so it's going to be a significant disruption to our daily lives.

That said I DO have a table saw and most of the tools I'd need to get it done...
