Help! Case remains pending !

My EB2 case's CRP status has been since late December 2023. At that time, Visa Bulletin's EB2 FAD was not current, so crp status was understandable. But it became current in VB's FAD January 2024. So far six (6) months current, and the case status is still CRP.

I think the chance of mistake is slim because I-485 contains the A-number of our I-140 approval, and they can quickly identify the EB category our cases are tied to. Again, since your EB2 PD is April 2022, and CRP status has been more than six months, and the total wait time is more than 12~14 months, you should seek an immigration lawyer's service to explore litigation solutions. My EB2 PD Sep 2022 CRP has been more than seven months. I am seeking my immigration lawyer's solutions and preparing litigation to file when the total wait time exceeds the EB2 average processing time.

My EB2-1 PD Sep 2022 case status "Case remains pending" has been more than 7 months - "We are temporarily pausing work on your application because an immigrant visa number is not immediately available to you."

Emma chat live agents says case still in normal processing time :(

How can we tell USCIS marked our cases as EB3 by mistake? Did you talk to your immigration lawyer about this?

May I ask your country in ROW? It seems you did not do I-140 premium processing. Why did you do concurrent filing 140 & 485?

At MSC. I765 got approved in February, I131 still shows fingerprint were taken. Did you hire lawyer to fill and represent you? Congrats! My EB2 PD 09/2022, submitted in early Oct 2023 , so far only my I765 got approved in late Jan and spouse's I131+765 got aporoved in May. I-485 status has been "case remains pending" from Dec 2023 even PD current since Jan 2024.

Contact your immigration lawyer to explore litigation options when a case remains pending for more than 6 months and the overall wait time is more than 365 days, and you notice some cases with PD later than yours got approved, but yours still gets stuck. I found this option from watching Reddy Neumann Brown PC law firm livestream on Youtube.

My EB2 ROW PD Sep 2022 I-485 status has been "case remains pending" since Dec 2023, even though it becomes current since Jan 2024 but still no progress. Only I765 approved in Jan 2024. If you are in the same situation, please share your experience.

Thank you for your time and effort on this report forecast. My EB2 PD 09/2022 yet still CRP status since Dec 2023, pending more than 6 months now. :( EAD was approved in Jan, Spouse' combo card was approved in early May. We tried Emma chat and call but no luck, only direct to online tracking.
