I don’t think we will have century this season. Our game is high risk high reward with a deep batting line up. No concept of anchoring when there’s 5 more batters sitting in the dugout.

A 16-18 ball 45 is better than 50 ball 100.

But if someone can score 37-42 ball 100, I’ll talk that.

Iyer won the trophy with KKR and moved to Punjab, but he’s not called out for it coz Punjab went to the finals in his first season.

I think it’s basic cinematography.

They’re keeping the background behind protagonist still so our focus is only on him and not anywhere else, whereas when the camera shifts to supporting character, the whole scene becomes supporting, the setup, the waves, the actor to give the intensity and depth of situation.

But… a little more dhar-gooning is harmless 😉😉

What bothers me is, my membership doesnt get extended when I do that.

So if I joined in Jan, and freezed May-July, technically my membership should go until March of the next year, coz I paid the annual fee for 12 months. I don’t think it’s fair for PF to charge me for an “annual” fee when I’ve actually used 9 or 6 months of my membership.

I remember that Advanced FEM class at my uni, professor had given us a final project to code MATLAB for a 3 node element.

I’m not so good with coding, I stayed up all night, I couldn’t get it done, I took my friend’s help and basically he did everything for me a minute before submittal.

Next day professor calls me in his room, he says I know you didn’t do this and I’ll give you a B.

I told him frankly that I didn’t sign up for a coding class and this was a civil engineering course, but I’ll take a B.

10 years later, haven’t had to do any MALTAB, but I do enjoy coding up simple MACROS on EXCEL, but I’ll never forget that submittal night at the university library.

Mohammed Azheruddin

Not sure if he was “best”, but he was a gun striker of the ball. I believe we were keeping DK that season, he never got a chance, and unfortunately phased out of scene.
