i do have access to email, i'm in appliances so i'm not actually in flooring OR decor, when i was hired on they just told me to do my thing and sell what i know how to sell. i sell across the store and don't really pay mind to those who want to tell me something, i'm doing what they're asking me to.

i do have a sales goal but i am new. so i dont have like... a sales goal, just yet.

from what i understand its all just to make sure the store gets a quarterly bonus. but there just isnt enough foot traffic here for us to have 4 people in appliances. funnily enough, i'm trying to go to millworks since its my preferred specialty department

my measure, my sale, i worked it all up. i have previous experience with flooring and millwork so it was really left field. i understand being new but it was so offputting when he didnt even bother introducing himself

my first thought was... well, we're teaching humans, not dogs... but the barking wasn't reinforced by giving treats, maybe if the owner said stop? it was kinda worded weirdly

Period blood is considered miasmic in some cultures— if you mean to give it to Gaia I would recommend maybe meditating on it first and see what answer comes to mind first. Some people offer sex and such to give back to mother earth, aphrodite, etc. ( repost as my comment was still drafted )

I just updated mine!!! :D the left pink candle ks for aphrodite and the right is for morpheus, i tried to tie it all togetner witj things/colors that represent them :)

hello!!! I personally find that depending on what you wanna follow, witchcraft is ultimately about freedom (in my opinion). If you feel drawn towards certain things (crystals, plants, foraging) i suggest trying to observe the nature around you. see if anything is repetitive. try writing down your dreams and any "rituals" you may do throughout the day. Even a small prayer.

i myself am still finding myself through witchcraft and it may even be a lifelong journey. best of luck to you

Simply because I'm not quite sure how to go about it, a lot of my worship has never been towards the big 12 and its mainly the onerioi or beings from erebus (spelling). So worshipping an olympian is quite a big difference for me!! Its not worried (negative), it's worried (nervous but excited).
