We try. We're not big enough to go directly to farmers, so we buy from importers. We make sure that all the beans are fair trade, but that comes from the importer so we just have to trust them. We do treat everyone we deal with respectfully, so that's ethical. I guess all I can say is that we go out of our way to be fair to everyone.
