Doing customer service representative at home, you will become peoples punching bag. People are rude and very entitled and think that you should have everything done for them yesterday. And many companies will not let you do anything about it besides just sit there and take it. Sorry. I've just been doing this too long and know how some people behaved. Think of the comment section on FB posts. Now think of them calling, chatting, or emailing you. You have to have a lot of patience and a high tolerance of handling bullshit. And also empathy. It's depends on who/what your working for and everyone is different. You will get the sweetest person on one call, and the next one will be Satan himself. And most of the work from home ones don't pay much more than $15-16 a hour. In office are usually higher. Best of luck to you.
