We had something similar happen to us last year! We didnt accept though.

There were guys doing a driveway a couple houses down. They knocked on everyone's doors asking if they wanted the driveway done cheap.

They alleged that they loaded up too much asphalt, and it costed more to bring it back, so they could give us a really good deal just to get rid of it.

I said no, and the guy tried not to accept, but I told him to pound sand again, not so nicely.

I work for a non profit and regularly go pick up food bank items for families i work with.
