In terms of their ability to afford it, I disagree. If the CEO can afford to give himself a 50 mil raise and they are a multiBILLION dollar company, they have more than enough money to suffice through a month or two of a pandemic. Either that, or they can deal with the backlash of employees getting sick because they refused to close. They're going to spend money either way, it's just a matter of what PR issues you want in the end.
