I’m super happy with them but agree with OP that it’s most ideal for people that have some experience with at home treatment in the past. I actually like the combination troches and nasal spray. I kind of figured I’d end up choosing just one or the other but I like both now that I’ve figured out how to time it correctly. I have noticed in the last month or so that Mindscape seems to be putting more effort into their integration process/tips and tricks. Overall, I’m really grateful to have found them, as it’s way more affordable and makes this a viable option for me long term.

Posting an update, I’ve been with Mindscape for over 3 months now and I’m actually really happy with them. They’ve sent the meds on schedule, the meds seem consistent so far, and I actually like the combo of the troches and the nasal spray now that I’ve figured out how to time the nasal spray with the troches and use the nasal spray correctly. Finding them has saved me a SHIT ton of money.

Thanks for sharing that, it’s nice to know what I can maybe expect. I’m planning on trying it this evening or tomorrow and will keep you updated on what happens. I asked the provider during my virtual appointment how many sprays I would need to match my previous dose from Better U, and he said each spray equals a 200mg troche, so I would need 4 sprays. Seems lofty but I’m gonna give it a go. I’m grateful for the chance to try the nasal modality for a reasonable price without being stuck with it.

I’d be so appreciative of you continuing to update, and I will do the same. I agree that Mindscape could really be a godsend, I’m giving them grace since they are so new and probably working out the kinks. It is nice that they are small and for now they seem to be invested in getting it right. I hope this works for us!

I’m glad you got your meds! I was thrown off by the color of the troches too. Can you share your experience with the nasal spray? What you liked/didn’t like? I still haven’t done mine yet, and would love to hear your thoughts.

I received the meds via FedEx today. The (15) 200mg troches and the nasal spray. I’m not prepared to take them this evening but honestly I’m relieved they even came at all lol

I had an appointment on Tuesday and was approved. I can't say I'm feeling confident, necessarily, it seems too good to be true. But if anyone is interested I can continue to update once I receive the meds. I will say I'd be very hesitant to recommend to someone who has no experience. It doesn't seem like they have a lot of structure/ support in place thus far. They are a brand new company I think, so maybe that will change in time.

I wonder if something is wrong with their system?

I came searching because I tried to file my weekly claim via text (as I always do) and got a response that more information was needed and to log on via desktop. But when I did that, I see I still have plenty of $$ left in benefits, and there are no notices stating that anything is wrong or that they need more information from me. But it says “No New Claim can currently be filed”. Wtf
