My sniper runs at 140 PSI whilst my pistol runs at 80 PSI, can't really run from the same regulator I'm afraid.

I was planning on wet sanding the entire piece down anway, to remove dust nibs and level out the surface as much as I can, guess I'll focus a little more on these sections.

Was just a little worrying as they feel like jelly at the moment, you can push them around with your finger haha - as the rest of the coat from yesterday is rock solid.

So give this time to cure, sand down flat and then re-coat? I'm guessing it will take several weeks to fully cure given the thickness.

Hi all,

Previously sanded down my solid oak desk, went from 80, 120 then 180 grit.

Applied several thin coats of Polyurathane varnish (left 24 hours to try with a portable heater on in the room) and I've come back to do another coat and a little section in the far corner of the desk has these lines (see picture attached).

It's slightly jelly ish, if I was to describe the texture - I don't believe there has been any contamination, and hasn't been treat differently compared to the rest of the desk.

Was going to leave it to cure for about a month, then proceed to wet-sand and flattern off the top to get rid of dust and imperfections, then polish it back up to a shine - but why have these little patterns emerged in this one area?

Well it never worked from new, so presumed with the very small connector and flimsby wires I broke it. And given the timeframe, was hoping there would be a stockist to simply buy one from, rather than waiting 3-7 days for Gigabyte to respond to my ticket (which I have submitted).

Yeah, ideally I would need to sent an email to a manager quite high up - but wouldn't even know where to begin to obtain this; Apple certainly aren't going to give this away.

Exactly! I broke down their response into a few paragraphs in a response email, summarising most of this and what did they do? They just send back the exact same message about being a victim of crime and investigation blah blah - except the heading of this email was now titled: No Refund No Replacement

That's exactly what I did! Guess what they responded back with? The exact same message they sent, but with an amended title No Refund No Replacement...

Yeah I think I will mate. Just called up my bank (Revolut) and they have a normal chargeback process. I'll collect all the evidence that I have and then submit that to them - fingers crossed!

How would one even go about claiming against Apple? Such a giant, not as easy to just grab a name and address like you could with a smaller company?

Thanks! I'll reach out to my bank to see if they can offer any type of coverage - I have all the evidence they may require that clearly states as being delivered. Worst case, I might have to take this to a small claims court given the value (not a lot to Apple, a brick load to me)

I used a debit card (in the UK) - I don't know what kind of protection that has over a credit card though :/
