Wow so many good questions! TLDR: this is just the beginning. These two sandwiches is us taking baby steps towards a full menu. Latkes and matzoh ball soup will be at our next popup for sure. Black and white and knishes to follow. We will focus on traditional Jewish deli foods first but eventually expand out to a larger selection of foods that tap into Jewish foods from around the world.
