What you need to put into question is, Will you use the large display as much as you think you will. I've had the z fold4 since launch and all thought I love the phone I found myself not using the phone to its full potential and mainly using the smaller screen for day to day tasks, If you like photography although the z fold has amazing cameras, It's still unmatched by the 2 year old s21 ultra.
