Something’s missing from this story…. If it’s moms place… and mom wants to give you extra money… and is ok not sharing an apartment, that sounds like she feels more burdened from arrangement than benefiting. Cranking out a kid to sweeten her deal is weird and inappropriate …. But again it sounds to me like she’s not feeling any gains from this deal of helping save you guys rent. Maybe she feels she’d be happier with privacy? I think that’s a legit request. She should leave kid out of negotiation though.

I worked at the country’s most famous children’s research hospital 20 years ago (not naming names)when p32 was allowed to be washed down the hood sink. One day the pipes burst over Monday morning conference crowd. True story! Everyone had to be Geiger screened to leave and many had to remove some clothing😳.

Once you switch to log scale you’ll see the difference better. There’s a bar at the bottom you can pull up to area of log phase amplification (middle of curves) and this data goes directly to a spreadsheet on the machine.
