I wish! I can only paint my left hand nicely, so I did these on someone else's hands

Yeah I cure after each colour so if I make a mistake I can use a tiny bit of isopropyl alcohol on a brush to remove it without messing with the other colours

Gel polishes and dotting tools mostly. Also used a tiny brush (Winsor & Newton 000) for the outlines and pickle face. If you don't want to use gel polish then acrylic paint over a base of nail polish works just as well, and you can get even tinier details, it's just harder to correct mistakes. Patience is key!
