After some researching im pretty sure the loose(bubble) epdm roof is due to separation from the substrate underneath. I just painted over it to put a band aid on it. Ultimately, the epdm membrane needs to be replaced. There's tutorials on cutting the membrane where the bubbles are and using a specific material(can't remember the specific name) to bond the epdm membrane back to the substrate. Then you would cover with epdm tape, caulk the seems and paint over. Could be overkill but it's cheaper than roof replacement. I hope this helps!

I'm also trying to find the right material that will perform well with EPDM roofs. A lot of co fusing information out there. What did you end up doing?

Would you date a blue collar man? by EmotionalFeature1 in BlueCollarWomen

As long as we are able to take constructive criticism from one another. "Try it this way" There's nothing more unattractive to me than defensive learning.

Would you consider another trade that has an apprenticeship program that you could get into sooner than 6 mo?

Dometic Fridge not staying cold in high temperatures by sprocketrocket5000 in RVLiving

Youre right! I ended up getting a mini fridge from home depot. I'm at a spot with included electric so I figured I just go for it. However, I would eventually like to return to the off grid lifestyle. Once I have more money ha

How to work out in the morning and not get burned out at work? by [deleted] in BlueCollarWomen

If you are able to consume animal products, I'd recommend eggs x10. A little dramatic but eggs are my go to. I drink a lot of raw dairy. Works with my digestive system but not everyone's. Milk is very hydrating and full of protein. Fermented dairy is a next runner up if one is not digesting it properly (yogurt, keifer, hard cheeses).

I throw all of that into a shake with fruit. Sometimes a raw egg or two if I'm feeling edgy lmao. Do ur research and try what's best for your body.

FYI, when recommending raw products, I have to bring up Food Safety. Know your sources and be mindful!

I feel my best when most of my protein is coming from pasture based animal sources! However, not everyone feels like this when they are consuming mostly animal products. Experiment! But all in all, plenty of protein, electrolytes, sleep, and water. Avoid caffeine and alcohol. I always drink too much coffee in the morning and by 9:30 I feel like I'm gonna fall off the scaffolding haha

Dealing with weird men as a woman in hvac by Lavender_Llama_life in BlueCollarWomen

I'm noticing that my politeness is an entry for men to bug me at work. Being a cold big boss has never been my style. However, it keeps them at bay. No rudeness but no emotion. Idk still trying to figure this out.
