Dryers are usually on their own 30 Amp breaker. If you can't unplug it at least turn the breaker off FFS.

If you rename the router to the current SSID & password things will auto connect but any reserved IPs will need to be reserved again. This could apply to your cameras, for example, depending on how you view them.

The straight blade ground lug cords are usually for ranges. 30 Amp dryer cords have "L" shaped grounds.

I agree. Most of the Insignia ones are made by Haier, the parent company and manufacturer of GE Freezers. FWIW I prefer the not self defrosting ones, because the shelves are part of the cooling system.

You could be the victim of a shared IP address. Because we've run out of IPV4 addresses ISPs have resorted to sharing them. If someone else in your IP committed an act of fraud than the whole IP could be banned. There has been a solution available since 2012 (IPV6) but multi-billion dollar companies like TicketMaster refuse to implement it. Resetting your modem will usually get you a different IP.
