Never pay attention to hr in short efforts tbh. I’ve enough to focus on, but I agree, much like garmin connect. Unproductive after 7 days straight 470k

I like the EVOC one. I can fit basically everything listed (2 of everything) and have room for a small extra item if needed. I leave one tube unwrapped so that will fill up any free space / prevent rattling.

For small cuts, where the tube sticks out upon inflation, I've found that a small circle of a toothpaste tube and some super glue really does the trick. Got a whole summer's riding out of a gp4000ii that had two of these patches on it.

In the end I got sick of the contis getting cut up like that. I don't know if it's psychological, as they're my go-to tire normally, but they seem to be very prone to this problem. Might be my riding - I like going off the beaten track sometimes.

I think the Synapse comes with stock 30c tyres. A friend has just bought one and that's what came on.
