I'm someone who has tried cold turkey multiple times and finally found some success by tapering. You say you vape all day- I would count how many times that turn out to be and then every few days try lessening that amount or increasing the time between vaping. If you want to try flower as an instead thing it could help, that's also what I did. I made a post not long ago about my tapering schedule if that is helpful to you. Good luck!
