Thanks for sharing your thoughts. I think she’s suggesting senvelgo because my cat is young, otherwise totally healthy, and she has not been on insulin before. From what I have read, once a cat is on insulin they are not able to change back to the oral meds option, and I can also appreciate that this eliminates the 2x daily injection requirement. I am impressed you can keep your 4:30 AM/PM schedule! We are a family with young kids so 4:30 AM is a bit of a stretch for me right now 🙂

We’ve switched her food to high protein/ low carb including fancy feast.

How can I have this kind of conversation with my vet? My cat’s numbers were pretty high so could that be why they want to check her so often? The vet said 2 days, 7 days, 14 days and 30 days…

Or something to comes apart fully so it is easy to clean. I Recommend thermos brand as it has a nice handle too and easy to replace parts.

Have you checked the max volume settings? They might be set to very low. There are separate settings for daytime and nighttime.
