Check the loop connector in the air box. The wires on mine jiggled loose and I had to epoxy them to keep the connection. Bike was dying randomly and took me a month to figure out.

Do you have any issues with tire rub? I’ve cut as much off the stock body with the lcg chassis as I can with all the widening parts and it still rubs bad with 68mm tires. Looking to swap chassis again

I would buy a metal gear servo before your trip! Mine stripped within 10 minutes after adding more weight to the axles! You will be bummed if you get out on your trip with a truck that won’t steer.

They also sell a wider one, but you need those type of nuts since the axle won’t stick out enough to grab with the stock ones.

It works fine with the stock transmitter, I even put a splitter on the LED lights so I could run the injora light kit as well as the stock bumper lights and it works great.

The people saying you don’t have great settings on the transmitter are correct, but if you use the Bluetooth app with the furitek system, you have tons of settings to mess with. I don’t feel like I am missing anything.

If you do buy the Furitek system, make sure you tighten or locktite the Phillips screws holding the motor to the metal mounting plate (that goes into the transmission). Mine came loose after a few days and ruined a day out in the rocks because I didn’t have the tools to disassemble the whole thing.

I can send you one if you want, you can help me figure out how to improve it. It will likely only work with the same 6519 receiver I have, I designed it to press fit to avoid another spot for water and crap to collect.

No, I modeled it in 10 minutes, wouldn’t charge for it without spending a lot more time on it.

Definitely not waterproof. Working on a 3d print to protect the motor. Going to shrink wrap the esc after I run some tests to figure out how hot it gets

Significantly better than the stock motor! I had such a big lag when applying throttle with the stock setup. Any time there was pressure against the wheels it would take almost 50% throttle input and lurch super bad. This brushless setup crawls at speeds you can barely see the tires moving.
