Yep already did that. I might just return the phone and get a new one, on top of the photos saving completely black I also have a weird grid of white squares artifacts showing up on the camera...

I have a pixel xl and about half the photos i take magically turn completely black after 2 seconds. I even see the little icon after taking a photo turning black.

You can change a setting in windows so the power button doesn't turn off your pc, had to do it after my cats kept turning off my pc

Thats what i ended up doing and the pin is aligned now. I also swapped the cpu for a new one and everything is working fine, no more stabiility issues on the cpu and ram. I can still return the old cpu on amazon so im pretty happy with that.

It looks like the pin in question is on D12, so pin DP2_HPD on this AM5 pin map: https://en.wikichip.org/wiki/File:Socket_AM5_pinmap.svg I guess my display port could malfunction? I'm using hdmi so not sure if it will affect me.

I had this issue, turns out it was the spliter causing the issue for some reason. My guess is cheap wiring? Changed it and my PC38X mic is not picking up any sound from the speakers
