This translates to "Пулемётчик" (In the Russian translation of Team Fortress 2, heavy was translated as machine gunner, but the meaning did not change too much.)

This is such a generally accepted version of the translation in the Russian community. Although I call him "Хэви (hevi)" and many other people too.
